As reported on Facebook by the SDB Missionary Society, a short-term mission team from the U.S. will travel to Africa (Gambella, Ethiopia) in February 2014 to serve God by helping to build a Seventh Day Baptist Church there.

A congregation already exists, and we will provide support in two areas: construction of a building, and training of church leaders. The Boulder, Colo., SDB Church has already provided funds to cover the construction of the building!

Mission Ethiopia copyThe team has six people, including two Sudanese translators from the U.S. We will spend 3 weeks in Gambella, Ethiopia and ask that you consider praying for and contributing to our work there.

More Information will be available at www.sdbmissions.org

Feel free to contact team members via Facebook!
