The following letter and documents were mailed and emailed to all member churches on January 31, 2020. Groups identifying as SDB are also asked to complete these forms as part of continuing in partnership with the General Conference. The documents are included in the links below this letter.

Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Each year we contact our member churches and churches identifying as Seventh Day Baptist to collect information for a directory.
The information that is compiled in this directory is used for three primary purposes:
- To assist in communication between the SDB General Conference and its churches and the churches with each other.
- To determine each member church’s allotment of delegates to our annual Conference Week business sessions.
- As a legal document to verify which churches in North America may be identified as Seventh Day Baptist.
Please fill out the enclosed 2020 Directory of Churches Information Form legibly and in its entirety and submit by April 1, 2020. The preferred method of receipt is by completing the fillable pdf found on this website and returning it by email to directory@seventhdaybaptist.org.

Failure to return the completed form by the deadline may result in a reduction of your delegates to our annual General Conference sessions.
