The Summit (A SDB Pastors Conference) 2023 will take place from April 28-30, 2022 in Janesville, WI. The theme will be Our Help Comes from the Lord. All serving or retired pastors/church planters/chaplains and their spouses are welcome to attend. Anyone who is training for pastoral ministry or is feeling a call to pastoral ministry and their spouses are also welcome to attend. If you have a question as to whether you should be attending, please contact the Director of Pastoral Services.
REGISTRATION (Please Register Each Individual Attending)
The cost to attend is $175 per person. In order to help us plan effectively, you must pay ahead of time by April 20 by check to the SDB Center (made payable to Pastoral Services) or by credit/debit card (sent by invoice). If payment is not received by April 20, we will not be able to guarantee you a spot. Assistance may be available for you from our continuing education funds or other sources. If you need to overcome an obstacle to your attendance, please contact the Director of Pastoral Services. WE WANT YOU THERE!
April 27 and May 1 will be travel days. Please make plans to arrive at the Holiday Inn Express Janesville anytime after 3 pm on April 27. If you arrive earlier than April 27 or leave later than May 1, all arrangements are on your own.
Flights should be booked into O’Hare International Airport and transportation to Janesville arranged by Van Galder Bus. We will arrange transportation to/from the Van Galder Bus terminal in Janesville ONLY. If you are traveling any other way, transportation will be on your own. Carpooling may be available with other attendees.

Lodging will be provided at Holiday Inn Express Janesville. You will be sharing a room. This is included in your registration fee. There is no need to book your room individually. Just register. You are also free to make your own lodging arrangements.
Meals will be provided from breakfast on April 28 through breakfast on May 1. This is included in your registration fee. Other meals will be at your expense. Please note on the registration if you have any dietary restrictions.
Everyone who is registered will receive an email about a week before arrival with further details.
