Hello SDB General Conference Member Church!We are eagerly expecting our Conference Week 2024 sessions and all of the church delegates who come to participate in the Kingdom decisions made during this week as a network of churches.Therefore, we are requesting that you submit the names of the delegates who will be representing your church during Conference Week 2024 at the business sessions.Some notes concerning this year’s gathering and your delegate list:-Your church is allotted 2 delegates plus 1 for every 10 active members listed in your 2024 Directory form submission (or major portion of 10). i.e. If you reported 26 active members, you get 5 delegates. If you did submit a 2024 Directory form, you are allotted 3 delegates. The link to the form will be at the bottom of this email. You may also send your list to registrar@seventhdaybaptist.org or bring a printed list with you to give to the registrar when you check-in. -The deadline to submit this form is Sunday, July 21, 2024.-Please indicate a chairperson of your delegation. This person will be responsible for communication to the other delegates of your church and will be authorized to make any decisions that may need to happen in the absence of your church meeting.-ALL BUSINESS and INTEREST COMMITTEES will be held on MONDAY, JULY 22, and TUESDAY, JULY 23.-Anyone may participate in interest committees but only delegates will be authorized to speak during business sessions or vote.LIST YOUR CONFERENCE WEEK 2024 DELEGATES HERE!
