The Scripture Memory Program materials for the 2024-2025 Conference year have been mailed and are available on the SDB General Conference website for download in both English and Spanish. The verses provided are geared toward adults, however, they may be shortened for any age/grade levels that wish to participate.
The materials are marked to be completed in a nine-month window and are adaptable to begin either in September or October. Please feel free to reproduce and distribute these resources as necessary.
Along with the mailing for the coming year’s program, churches who had participants in last year’s program (2023-24) will find certificates for their participants. We hope churches will celebrate those who have completed the program and made memorizing Scripture a priority in their daily lives.
As announced at our General Conference sessions this year, we have discontinued the Conference awards for this program, including both of the Conference-wide participation awards and the printing of certificates for those who complete the program. We have added certificate templates for download on the General Conference website which local churches can use to print their own certificates.
We hope that you will join us and Conference President Tom Davis as we explore his Conference theme, “Shouldn’t It Be Obvious?” through the scriptures he has selected. We are praying for you and your ministries as another ministry year begins!
