What a weekend in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from November 7th to 9th! The theme of “Go forth and be filled with grace and truth” based on John 1:14 reverberated throughout our gathered time together. The following pictures provide just a taste of the dynamic time of worship, fellowship, encouragement, and challenge.

The weekend opened with the South Atlantic Leadership Training (SALT) graduation in which 12 people completed their two years of intense study. Sabbath worship included music by the Miami Praise Team, choir selections by the South Atlantic Association Southern Region Choir, and a powerful message delivered by Pastor Gabriel Bejjani of the Riverside SDB Church (CA).
Sabbath afternoon was filled with celebrating what God is doing in and through the South Atlantic Association and beyond. Presentations were given by: the South Florida Summer Christian Service Corp (SCSC) team, the Deep South Camp and Retreat Center, the SDB Missionary Society, and the SDB General Conference.
Association President Andrew Samuels led the celebrations focused on the 25th anniversary of the South Atlantic Association. During this time, the freshly printed history of the Association was unveiled and made available. Incoming Association President Nicole Rose-Cole provided a great thematic bridge into the coming ministry year of the Association.

I found the weekend to be an amazing blessing. Thank you to Pastor Andrew Samuels and the South Atlantic Association Southern Region Host Committee for coordinating a fantastic time together. The time together has been a great catalyst for sparking further collaborative Kingdom work. There is amazing opportunity that comes through face-to-face time when we intentionally join God in His work and rest.
