The Summit 2026 (A SDB Leaders Conference) will take place from April 24-26, 2026 (with an optional coaching seminar on April 27) in Orlando, FL. The theme will be A 7 Day Leader.

All serving or retired pastors/elders/church planters/chaplains/preachers/pastor-type people and their spouses are welcome to attend. Anyone training for XF leadership or feeling a call to XF leadership, and their spouse, is also welcome to attend. If you have a question about whether you should be attending, please contact the Director of Pastoral Services.

The cost to attend is $175 per person (an additional $50 for the optional coaching seminar). To help us plan effectively, you must pay ahead of time by April 17 by check to the SDB Center (made payable to Pastoral Services) or by credit/debit card. If payment is not received by April 17, we will NOT be able to guarantee you a spot. Assistance may be available for you from our continuing education funds or other sources. If you need to overcome an obstacle to your attendance, please contact the Director of Pastoral Services. WE WANT YOU THERE!

TRAVEL

April 23 and 27 will be travel days. (The optional coaching seminar will end by 4pm on 4/27.)
We will pick you up from the Orlando International Airport, or there may be a hotel shuttle.
Please email all flight arrangements to the Director of Pastoral Services.

LODGING

For those who selected lodging, you do NOT need to make your own arrangements with the hotel. You will be assigned a room if you choose lodging. You should not arrive before 3pm on April 23. If you are not staying at the hotel for all 4 or 5 nights, please let the Director of Pastoral Services know by April 17, 2026.

SCHEDULE

More information will be emailed to each registrant about one week before arrival. We will begin by 9am on Friday, April 24, and we will go through dinner time on April 26 (The optional coaching seminar will end by 4pm on 4/27.)

COACHING SEMINAR ADD-ON (OPTIONAL)

We are offering a coaching seminar as an Add-On to your registration, extending your experience by one more day. This add-on will extend your stay for one additional day, providing meals and lodging on April 27, and will cost $50. More details will come to those who choose this option.
